How long is an appointment?
Brow and face waxing appointments are 45 minutes. Lash services are 1½ hours.
Do I need a deposit?
No. You pay in person at your appointment.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. No-shows are charged 50% of the booked service.
Do you take walk-ins?
Highbrow is by appointment only. Book online or text Kristin.
How often should I come in?
Many clients come monthly. Kristin will recommend what works for your brows.
Do you offer gift cards?
